The classic competition law in the closest sense, serves fight against unfair competition. It protects competitors, consumers and other market participants. Object of competition law disputes can be for example product imitation, misleading, comparative, interfering, counterfeiting or reputation-damaging advertising, pricing, labour piracy and much more. There are special regulations for advertising pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics and food.
