International

As a result of the increased globalisation and the influence of European law, not only larger but also middle sized and smaller companies need to consider the development of law inside and outside Europe.

This paticularly applies in the area of Intellectual Property because of the extension of foreign Intellectual Property Rights to Germany and vice versa, as well as the possibility and often necessity of protecting and defending Intellecual Property Rights abroad.

With respect to Competition Law, the possibility of advertising via the internet can lead to cross-border questions.

For the evaluation of contracts and licenses, the provision for the European Antitrust law is indispensible.

We place great emphasis on competent and straightforward counseling, and taking this globalisation into account, reassure this by our membership in the International Lawyers Network (ILN). The ILN is an association of ca. 5000 lawyers in 66 countries on 6 continents. This membership enables us to contact, at any time qualified colleagues in nearly all important industrialized countries.
